What is the flavouring in the lip balms?
The flavouring in the lip balms is organic flavouring that is approved for Cosmetic use.
These ingredients (Eugenol, Citral, Limonene, Linalool) are listed in the ingredients of some of the products but don’t appear on the A-Z of Ingredients. Why?
For cosmetic products, there are 26 potential allergens that must be declared. These allergens are not ingredients but may form part of the ingredients we use. We are not obliged to declare any allergens in our products by law but we feel that all customers should be provided with any information that may support their choice to purchase, notably where any allergens may be present. Please do read the ingredients of any product you are considering purchasing, especially if you are sensitive to Eugenol, Citral, Limonene, Linalool.
Are your products all organic?
No, sadly organic ingredients can be incredibly expensive. Where we have used organic products, you will find this listed in the ingredients of the product pages or in the A-Z of Ingredients.
What payment options do you have?
How quickly do you ship?
We ship within 24 hours of receipt of order. Usually next day for orders received after 12 pm and same day for orders received before 12pm. Orders are sent by first class post and should arrive as follows:
- UK within 1-3 days of ordering as per guidance given by the Royal Mail.
- EU within 3-5 days of ordering as per guidance given by the Royal Mail.
- USA within 5-7 days of ordering as per guidance given by the Royal Mail.
These shipping times are dependent on postal services and as such, we cannot guarantee the exact delivery date.
How do you calculate shipping costs?
You can find this information in our Terms & Conditions, but we ship via Royal Mail using first class post for letters or small parcels depending on the size of the parcel.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, please see Terms& Conditions. The product must be returned unused and you must cover the return shipping costs.
Do you have any safety assessments for your products?
Yes, where legally required by EU / UK law we have completed cosmetic safety assessments via a third party to certify the products.
